The Penal Debe Regional Corporation is one of 14 Regional Corporations to provide local governance in Trinidad. Its primary purpose is to offer many services to provide a better living standard for burgesses in the Penal Debe region. Some of the services provided are Scavenging, Vector Control, Rodent Control, Construction and Maintenance of Secondary Roads, Installation of Street Signs etc.
