For the purposes of this Agreement, any use of these materials or any part thereof on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. The materials at this Site are copyrighted and any unauthorized use of any materials at this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. If you breach any of part of this Agreement, your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed material

iGovTT is not liable for any loss or damage that may come from using EmployTT website. This includes:
- any direct, indirect or consequential losses
- any loss or damage caused by civil wrongs (‘tort’, including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise

- the inability to use this site and any websites that are linked to or from it

iGovTT do not guarantee that this site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. iGovTT may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. iGovTT shall try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
Keep your account details safe
If you choose or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you shall treat such information as confidential. You shall not disclose it to any third party.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you shall promptly notify us via the ChatBot.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.
You shall not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You shall not attack iGovTT site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act, Chap 11:17. iGovTT shall report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and shall co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site shall cease immediately.
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the substantive Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
