The Ministry of Justice is responsible for administering and transforming key components of the justice system in Trinidad and Tobago. Formally established by Gazette No. 81 of 2025, dated 23rd May, 2025, the Ministry represents a significant step toward strengthening the justice sector and better serving key stakeholders and the wider national community. It supports data-driven policy development and legislative reform, while advancing initiatives that improve access to justice.
