The Rural Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago was established in 2005 with the mandate to improve the quality of life for residents in rural communities by providing physical infrastructure, utilities and social facilities. RDC operates under the Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government and provide services such as: Identification and development of the necessary infrastructure, utilities and social/community facilities, managing the design and construction of all projects.
