The Trinidad and Tobago Association for the Hearing Impaired (TTAHI) is seeking applications to fill the position of General Manager.Qualifications:The successful candidate must possess    BA/B. Sc. in Public Administrative/Management/Social Science    'Knowledge of administrative practice    Knowledge of Accounting Practices    Sound Managerial and Communication Skills    Competence in Microsoft Office Suite    At least seven (7) years working experience at a similar level of responsibility.    A proficiency in Sign language will be an asset
Key and Critical Responsibilities
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaises and reports to the Executive Board through the President. The position is additionally accountable for the coordination of all activities relating to the overall functioning of TTAHI.<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Co-ordinates and drives all administrative,human resource, public relations and general operation matters in support of the efficient operations of the office, to fulfill the dictates of the strategic plan.<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensures the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the organization.<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrates some understanding of deaf culture.
