Job Description
<div style="text-align: justify; ">Reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO), the Professional Executive Support plays a critical role in programme coordination, performance reporting and research support across iGovTTs core business units. The role ensures that the DCEO is equipped with timely updates, consolidated reports and concise briefs to support effective leadership, oversight and decision-making.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br></div><div style="text-align: justify; ">The incumbent is expected to design and maintain progress tracking mechanisms, conduct desk research on digital government best practices and innovations, and prepare high-quality reports and presentations, while engaging business units to ensure accountability and follow-through on deliverables.</div>
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<ul><li style="text-align: justify; ">Monitors, track, and follow up on projects, initiatives, and deliverables across ttconnect, Procurement, Delivery, Operations, Software Development, and Consulting units.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Maintains trackers and prepare integrated progress updates for the DCEO.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Ensures timely submission and collation of reports and metrics from business units.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Conducts desk research on emerging trends in digital government, interoperability, artificial intelligence, and citizen-centric service delivery.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Summarises findings into actionable insights to inform briefs and reports.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Drafts concise briefs, summaries, and talking points to support the DCEO.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Contributes to the development of proposals, presentations, and official reports.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Provides creative drafting input for speeches, internal updates, and communications.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Liaises with business units to validate progress and close out outstanding action items.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Escalates and highlight issues requiring executive attention.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Works in close collaboration with the Senior Professional Strategic Executive Support to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of reporting standards across the Executive Unit.</li></ul>
