Key and Critical Responsibilities
<ul style="margin-top:0cm" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Prepare, collate, and submit reports and documents for the Head of HR.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Support the coordination and monitoring of HR projects and initiatives.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Assist in tracking HR budgets and processing procurement documentation.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate HR operations.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Maintain confidentiality in managing HR documents and sensitive information.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Maintain up-to-date organisation charts and HR records.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Track and report on HR metrics, including absences and workforce data.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Prepare briefing notes and board papers as required.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal">Support HR risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement activities.<o:p></o:p></li> </ul>
