<p class="MsoNormal">The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, maintain and expand the client base, and maximize business profitability. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.</p>

Key Competencies
<li data-start="4471" data-end="4599"><p data-start="4473" data-end="4599">Bachelor's degree in <span data-start="4494" data-end="4568" style="">Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field</span> (Master's degree preferred).</p> </li> <li data-start="4600" data-end="4737"> <p data-start="4602" data-end="4737">Minimum <span data-start="4610" data-end="4649">5 - 7 years of progressive experience</span> in sales and marketing, with at least <span data-start="4688" data-end="4734">3 years in a managerial or leadership role</span>.</p> </li> <li data-start="4738" data-end="4836"> <p data-start="4740" data-end="4836">Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.</p> </li> <li data-start="4837" data-end="4943"> <p data-start="4839" data-end="4943">Experience within the <span data-start="4861" data-end="4920">media, broadcasting, advertising, or related industries</span> is highly desirable.</p> </li> <li data-start="4944" data-end="5011"> <p data-start="4946" data-end="5011">Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.</p></li>
