<p>Our Client, is a prominent technology company that has been at the forefront of providing innovative ICT solutions for Enterprise, Government, Academic, and SMB customers for more than 30 years. The Client is seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified individual who identifies with the principles, values and purpose of the organisation to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer.</p><p> <div> </div><div>The ideal candidate must meet the required education, examination, and experience standards set by a recognized accounting body. He/she will function as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will be&nbsp; responsible for the financial management of the organization inclusive of financial risk assessment, budget analysis and management, financial modelling and reporting, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, accounting, treasury operations, and investment strategies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div>Minimum Qualifications and Experience </div><div> Minimum -A CCA or CPA qualified. </div><div> Masters Degree in Business Administration would be an asset. </div><div> A minimum of ten years (10) years progressively responsible financial and accounting experience with at least five (5) years at a senior managerial level along with proven capability in the provision of a high quality, timely and cost effective financial and accounting advisory services </div><div> Experience within the technology sector would be an asset. </div><div><br></div><div> </div><div> </div></p>
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<p>The incumbent will:</p><p>1. Lead the successful delivery of Financial Services strategic and operational plans and provide meaningful analyses, and financial perspectives necessary for good corporate decisions and strategic planning. </p><p>2. Provide financial leadership to the company for the administration, planning, forecasting and analysis of the financial risk-based models related to new products or lines of business. </p><p>3. Ensure compliance with Performance Monitoring Guidelines and other regulatory reporting requirements.</p><p>4. Exhibit a strong commitment to the principles underpinning good governance and sound financial management. </p><p>5. Achieve the budget and other performance targets for the Financial Services Division. </p><p><br></p>
