Key and Critical Responsibilities
<p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities: </p><p><u>Planning, Strategy and Budgeting </u></p><p> Develop, execute and monitor marketing plan. </p><p> Prepare and manage the marketing budget. </p><p> Translate the organizational strategy into targeted marketing campaigns that generate quality leads to support loan conversion. </p><p> Develop product and sales campaigns to increase loan uptake and member engagement. </p><p> Establish systems to evaluate marketing effectiveness. </p><p> Monitor market trends, member needs, and competitor activity to protect market share. </p><p> Review VENTURE brand positioning against changes to industry trends. </p><p> Strengthen brand awareness, visibility, and public image across all channels. </p><p><u>Digital Marketing Strategy </u></p><p> Lead the digital marketing strategy to maximize online reach, engagement, and conversion. </p><p> Oversee website management, email marketing and online campaigns. </p><p> Analyze and optimize digital and social media performance to improve ROI. </p><p><u>Lead Generation </u></p><p> Collaborate with GMSS to align marketing with sales execution. </p><p> Track and report lead conversion rates and revenue outcomes. </p><p><u>Strategic Communications </u></p><p> Ensure marketing communications are clear, targeted, and aligned to strategic and sales objectives. </p><p> Coordinate development of marketing materials and promotional content. </p><p><u>Marketing Metrics </u></p><p> Establish and monitor marketing performance metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, cost per lead, and revenue contribution. </p><p> Analyze campaign results and implement continuous improvements. </p><p><u>People and Resource Management</u></p><p> Provide leadership and performance management for marketing staff. </p><p> Ensure that staff within the marketing function is cross train to support team development. </p><p> Collaborate with departments to understand member needs and support total member satisfaction. </p><p> Serve on committees as required. </p><p> Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.</p>
Key Competencies
<u>Education and Experience: </u><div> Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent qualifications. </div><div> Three (3) years project management experience </div><div> At least five (5) years Managerial experience in Sales and Marketing </div><div> Proven experience in meeting and exceeding targets </div><div><u>Key Competencies</u>: </div><div> Ability to manage work and multi task to meet strict deadlines </div><div> Ability to prepare accurate reports </div><div> Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills </div><div> Exceptional oral, written, editing and presentation-based communications skills </div><div> Good problem solving and decision making skill. </div><div><u>Reporting Relationships </u></div><div>Reports to: </div><div> CEO </div><div><u>Dimension and Scope: </u></div><div> Authorized to prepare operational and informational reports and make recommendations for improvement. </div><div> The Marketing &amp; Communications Manager has authority as delegated by the CEO. </div><div> Authorized to recommend changes to policies relevant to the Marketing and Communications function.</div><div> </div>
