Job Description
To provide an effective secretarial support service to the Branch Manager.
Key and Critical Responsibilities
1) Performs a variety of typing duties including letters, memos, reports, cheques, note for files as required<div>2) Types confidential memoranda and other reports required by Branch Manager</div><div>3) Records all incoming and outgoing correspondence</div><div>4) Maintains filing system</div><div>5) Performs simple clerical duties</div><div>6) Places, receives, transfers telephone calls to all other staff</div><div>7) Records all mail hand delivered by officers (Technical)</div><div>8) Manages appointment scheduling for Branch Manager</div><div>9) Ensures that all reports are accurately prepared and have been signed before reaching Branch Managers desk</div><div>10) Checks each file and report leaving Branch for proper compilation, signatures and completion</div><div>11) Organizes Branch Managers meeting at Branch Office as well as visits by Board of Directors</div><div>12) Records and monitors work assigned to Administrative Office and Deputy Branch Manager by the Branch Manager</div><div>13) Coordinate matters for sale by private treaty and public auction</div><div>14) Completes late attendance and absence from duty reports for Administrative and technical staff monthly</div><div>15) Prepares loans profile report monthly</div><div>16) Type letters and compile packages to Attorneys for preparation of mortgage documents and follow-up for execution and disbursement</div><div>17) Draft letters and memos to clients , attorneys / Head Office</div><div>18) Liaise with Credit Department / Attorneys with respect to clients releases</div><div>19) Any other related duties</div><div><br></div>
Key Competencies
<ul><li>5 C.X.C / G.C.E. OLevels including English Language &amp; Mathematics</li><li>Typewriting certification of 45 w.p.m.</li><li>Short hand certification of 80 w.p.m.</li><li>Computer Literacy</li><li>At least one (1) year experience in similar position</li></ul>
