Job Description

Its potential is being realized through the vision of the Chaguaramas Development Authority (CDA).<div><br></div><div>The incumbent will provide short term administrative support for a Human Resources employee file reorganization project.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>
Key and Critical Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Manager of Human Resources and Administration in the execution of HR activities and initiatives.<div>2. Maintain accurate, up-to-date and confidential personnel records, both physical and electronic, in accordance with established policies and procedures.</div><div>3. Assist with updating and maintaining employee time, attendance, leave and related HR records and prepare reports as required.</div><div>4. Assist with the administration and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring that employee information is accurate and current.</div><div>5. Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee and HR information at all times.</div><div>6. Respond to routine HR enquiries within the scope of the position and refer complex or sensitive matters to the Manager of Human Resources and Administration.</div><div>7. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager of Human Resources and Administration or his/her designate.</div><div><br></div>
Key Competencies
1. Minimum of Five (5) CXC passes, including English Language and Mathematics.<div>2. A diploma in Human Resource Management, Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline, as specified by the Authoritys approved requirements for the position.</div><div>3. At least three (3) years' experience in an administrative capacity handling confidential and sensitive information.</div><div>4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computerized HR systems.</div><div>5. Any equivalent combination of qualifications, training and experience may be considered</div><div><br></div>
