Job Description
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.4px;">The Property and Real Estate Services Systems Administrator will be responsible for the management of the PRESD's Portal; the Property Management and Information System (PMIS); and any other information management system which may be implemented. The incumbent will be required to provide end-user support and provide basic technical support to users; analyse the effectiveness of the various information systems implemented; and prepare relevant reports.</span></div>
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<ul><li style="text-align: justify; ">Assists in the formulation of relevant policies, standards, procedures, and processes for the various systems implemented by the Property and Real Estate Services Division.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Manages the Property Management and Information System (PMIS) with respect to documents scanned and classified for use by the relevant officers.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Manages the PRESD's Portal with respect to granting access to users, permissions management and troubleshooting minor technical issues.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Provides basic end-user support to clients.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Provides tutorial instructions to new users.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Generates relevant reports comparing agreed metrics to determine the effectiveness of the systems implemented.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Liases with relevant stakeholders to gather information as/when necessary.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Provides training as necessary to the staff of the PRESD on various aspects of the PMIS.</li><li style="text-align: justify; ">Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
