Job Description
The incumbent is required to perform cleaning / custodial duties, minor maintenance and other miscellaneous duties for the organisation to ensure the building and facilities are properly maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. 
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<ul><li>Secures and maintains an inventory of custodial/maintenance supplies required to perform assigned duties;&nbsp;</li><li>Adheres to Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and other relevant safety guidelines at all times;&nbsp;</li><li>Operates equipment with all safeguards in place and wears appropriate attire to ensure safety;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all hazardous materials are safely stored so as to prevent injury;&nbsp;</li><li>Performs routine cleaning duties daily on the exterior of the building;&nbsp;</li><li>Clears dumpsters in a timely manner;&nbsp;</li><li>Trims trees and hedges as required;&nbsp;</li><li>Power washes parking area to clear of debris;&nbsp;</li><li>Reports all accidents or incidents in a timely manner;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that assigned duties are performed in a timely fashion in accordance with the established schedule;&nbsp;</li><li>Performs any other related duties as required.&nbsp;</li></ul>
