A checker is responsible for ensuring that workers time is accurately recorded so salary can be processed.

<ul><li>The correct and honest preparation of time books and distribution sheets.</li><li>Ensuring timebook is delivered to the office on pay sheet day.</li><li>To receive and distribute materials together with the chargehand.</li><li>Keeping track of leave.</li></ul>
