<div><span style="letter-spacing: 0.4px;">The incumbent is required to coordinate the training requirement associated with the (PFM) Reform project, inclusive of developing effective end-user documentation and training materials with updates to meet the needs of all users of the IFMIS (Integrated Financial Management Information System).&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="letter-spacing: 0.4px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="letter-spacing: 0.4px;"><b>SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS</b></span></div><div>All applications must include a cover letter, which clearly indicates the positions being applied for and should be addressed to:&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><b>The Permanent Secretary</b></div><div><b>Ministry of Finance</b></div><div><b>Attention: Director, Human Resources</b></div><div><br></div><div>Your cover letter together with your Curriculum Vitae, academic qualifications and other relevant certifications, two (2) work-related references, one (1) personal letter of recommendation, and a Police Certificate of Character, or receipt thereof (no later than six (6) months old), must be uploaded as a <b>single pdf file </b>(no greater than <b>2MB </b>in size).</div><div><br></div><p></p><div><b>MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:</b></div><p></p><p></p><ul></ul><p></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.</li><li>Strong computer skills in particular, familiarity with publication software.</li><li>Prior preparation of User Manuals will be an asset.</li><li>At least three (3) years' experience in the implementation of software packages within the public sector.</li><li>Any equivalent combination of experience and training.</li></ul>
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<ul><li>Develops the training strategy and training plan for the projects of the Public Financial Management reform efforts.</li><li>Conducts training seminars for staff of all MDAs as an ongoing feature of the work.&nbsp;</li><li>Conducts research to improve training methods and techniques.&nbsp;</li><li>Contributes to the design of training programmes in the software application.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains training documentation including updates and other changes.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepares progress reports to assist in monitoring the achievement of training deliverables with follow up and feedback assessment to determine the effectiveness of the training.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervises the development of training material including outlines, text, handouts, tests and trainee feedback forms.</li><li>Coaches facilitators in the delivery of training programmes.</li><li>Performs related work as required.&nbsp;</li></ul>
