Job Description
<span style="font-family: " work="" sans";"="">The Health &amp; Safety Officer performs routine OSHA regulated inspections and promotes a positive HSE Culture at TTT Limited; ensuring all OSHA rules and regulations, policies and procedures are implemented. The HSE Officer evaluates compliance, measure physical hazards, recommend corrective action, and assess effectiveness of safety programs throughout TTT Limited.</span>
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<ul><li>To design and maintain a HSE Management Systems and ensure compliance with all legislative and customer requirements, leading and supporting the HSE Team in an effort to meet their HSE goals and objectives.</li><li>Established a process to implement corrective action and gap analysis of all HSE issues to design and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.</li><li>Lead in the development of an Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.</li><li>Inspect TTT Limited facilities observing operations and activities, investigating, health and safety complaints and ensuring that the company is in compliance with OSHA and EMA regulations.</li><li>Develop industry standards, policies, and procedures on Permit to Work, Risk Management, Accident investigation Reporting as well as Emergency Response plan.</li><li>Ensure preparation of Safety Manuals, training outlines and stakeholders instructions for work deemed to recognized potential hazards.</li><li>Ensures the company complies with all environmental regulations regarding hazardous substance handling and disposal.</li><li>Develop HSE budget/plans and prepares cost estimates.</li><li>Attend relevant committee meetings, (internal and external) such as HSE, AmCham, National Safety, HSE Conference.</li><li>Drive the OB Sprinter to and from OB assignment.</li><li>Assist Engineers on Outside Broadcast assignments.</li><li>Produce relevant requisition forms to be sent to the Procurement department for items needed for maintenance/security functions.</li><li>Assists the Engineering department with any other appropriate aspect of the day-to-day operations.</li><li>Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with Record keeping and telephone follow-ups with contractors on ongoing jobs.</li><li>Performs other related duties.</li></ul>
