Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for system development, including custom report development, subsequent testing and troubleshooting.
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<ul><li>Designs and plans for the development of requirements identified</li><li>Carry out development based on People tools, or other development tools</li><li>Develop system-testing strategy, test scripts and perform testing</li><li>Maintains and develops web-based application programs and reports</li><li>Document program development, logic, coding, corrections and system operation</li><li>Design, develop and configure application security</li><li>Design and writes code web to support IHRIS application</li><li>Provides support to end users on a number of issues. Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support. Tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution</li><li>Conduct technical training and prepare training material as requested</li></ul>
