<p>The Team Lead - Corporate Communications and Marketing is responsible for leading and executing iGovTTs corporate communications, marketing, and engagement activities to strengthen brand credibility, build stakeholder trust, and support the adoption of digital services across government, business, and citizen audiences.</p><p> <div>The role ensures that iGovTTs values, outcomes, and impact are clearly understood and consistently communicated, positioning the organisation as a trusted enabler of national digital transformation and ICT service delivery.</div><div><br></div><div> </div><div>This role supports (but does not define or deliver) digital transformation, innovation, advisory services, and operates in close collaboration with the respective teams to translate outcomes into clear, credible, and adoption-focused narratives. </div><div><br></div></p>
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<b>1. Brand Management &amp; Strategic Positioning </b><div> </div><ul><li>Defines, maintains, and evolves iGovTTs corporate brand identity and messaging. </li><li>Translates organisational strategy and delivery outcomes into clear, compelling narratives for internal and external audiences. </li><li>Ensures consistency, professionalism, and credibility across all communication channels and touchpoints. </li><li>Positions iGovTT as a trusted delivery partner and enabler within the national digital ecosystem. </li></ul><div><b>2. Integrated Marketing &amp; Digital Engagement </b></div><ul><li>Designs and execute integrated marketing and digital engagement strategies to: </li></ul><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;o Increase awareness and trust in iGovTT-enabled digital services </div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;o Support go-to-market for iGovTT service lines aligned to cost-recovery objectives </div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;o Drive engagement and support adoption initiatives </div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;o Define and report adoption KPIs end-to-end and partner with delivery teams to remove adoption friction. </div><ul><li>Builds, optimise, and manage digital, social media, and content campaigns aligned to organisational objectives. </li><li>Analyses market trends, user behaviour, and the digital landscape to inform campaign design and optimisation. </li><li>Monitors, evaluates, and reports on marketing performance using data-driven insights. </li></ul><div><b>3. Strategic Communications &amp; Reputation Management </b></div><ul><li>Leads corporate, programme, executive, and crisis communications. </li><li>Prepares speeches, press releases, briefings, key messages, and other high-impact communication materials for senior leadership. </li><li>Translates complex ICT and digital initiatives into accessible, value-driven messages for diverse audiences. </li><li>Protects and enhance iGovTTs reputation through proactive communications planning and execution. </li></ul><div><b>4. Stakeholder Engagement </b></div><ul><li>Leads communications-led stakeholder engagement focused on: </li></ul><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o Awareness-building </div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o Confidence and trust </div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o Understanding and adoption of digital services. </div><ul><li>Collaborates with internal business units to ensure consistent messaging and alignment. </li><li>Supports executive participation in external engagements through messaging, briefs, and communications support. </li></ul><div><b>5. Thought Leadership &amp; Content Strategy </b></div><ul><li>Coordinates and package thought leadership content that showcases iGovTTs: </li></ul><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o Delivery outcomes </div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o Innovations </div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o Lessons learned and best practices in collaboration with the other teams. </div><ul><li>Oversees the creation and dissemination of high-quality content across digital platforms, websites, publications, and internal channels. </li><li>Monitors global ICT, GovTech, and digital transformation trends to identify opportunities for positioning and communication. </li></ul><div><b>6. Internal Communications &amp; Change Enablement </b></div><ul><li>Leads internal communications to support: </li></ul><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o Organisational change initiatives </div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o Culture development </div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o Business transformation programmes. </div><ul><li>Ensures staff understand iGovTTs mandate, strategic priorities, and role in national digital advancement. </li><li>Promotes effective information sharing and employee engagement across the organisation. </li></ul><div><b>7. Corporate Social Responsibility &amp; Representation </b></div><ul><li>Leads brand-aligned corporate social responsibility initiatives to strengthen stakeholder relationships and organisational reputation. </li><li>Recommends and support iGovTTs participation in associations, forums, and initiatives aligned with its mission. </li><li>Represents iGovTT at external events and forums as required, within the scope of communications and brand representation. </li></ul><div><b>8.
