Job Description
This executive-level role is responsible for establishing and leading PTSCs Commercial Revenue Division, with a focus on driving non-fare revenue through advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, and brand monetization. The successful candidate will transform PTSCs transport network into a structured revenue-generating platform, while strengthening stakeholder relationships and enhancing customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key and Critical Responsibilities
Establish advertising and commercialization as a structured profit centre. <div> Develop and implement strategies to diversify revenue beyond passenger fares. </div><div> Monetize PTSCs fleet, terminals, digital assets, and commuter audience. </div><div> Develop and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and corporate alliances. </div><div> Position PTSC as a national mobility media platform. </div><div> Lead customer experience strategy and drive customer satisfaction improvements. </div><div> Oversee brand management, marketing, and public relations functions. </div><div> Develop advertising inventory, pricing frameworks, and media sales strategies. </div><div> Negotiate high-value commercial contracts and agreements. </div><div> Represent the Corporation at local and international engagements. </div><div> Executes related projects and assignments as requested by the General Manager. </div><div><br></div><div> </div>
