Job Description
Providing prompt, accurate and efficient service to all customers within a specified time frame to meet or exceed expectations. 
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<p>- To act as a liaison between Corporate Clients and Management.</p><p>- To answer customer queries and provide information on the Bank's policies and lending procedures.&nbsp;</p><p>- Receives all incoming calls on the Bank's Customer Service Hotline.&nbsp;</p><p>- Answers queries form customers at the Customer Service Booth.</p><p>- Develop and maintain satisfactory customer relationships.&nbsp;</p><p>- Represents the Bank at promotional activities.&nbsp;</p><p>- Perform any other duties as may be required to successfully achieve this job function.&nbsp;</p>
Key Competencies
<p>- Five (5) CXC/GCE passes inclusive of English Language and Mathematics&nbsp;</p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</p><p>- Computer literacy- Spreadsheets, Word Processing packages, Statistical Packages and the Internet&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>- Experience in the use of Portfolio Plus would be an asset&nbsp;</p><p>- At least two (2) years experience in Customer Service&nbsp;</p>
