Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for supporting and driving the successful adoption of the eHCM within the organization, acting as a champion of change by addressing concerns and or objections and building buy-in and support for the system implementation.  
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<ol><li>&nbsp;Assesses readiness for change and acts as a change champion regarding the implementation of the eHCM system.</li><li><span style="letter-spacing: 0.4px;">&nbsp;Identifies concerns, objections, barriers to change related to the implementation of the eHCM system, developing strategies to mitigate challenges and manage resistance.</span></li><li><span style="letter-spacing: 0.4px;">Collaborates with Communication Specialist to design specific messages to be communicated while addressing concerns and building buy-in among stakeholders. </span></li><li><span style="letter-spacing: 0.4px;">Develops and implements approved strategies to facilitate a change ready culture and enabling environment. </span></li><li><span style="letter-spacing: 0.4px;">Creates comprehensive change management strategies and techniques to support the successful adoption of the eHCM system </span></li><li><span style="letter-spacing: 0.4px;">Drives the implementation of change programs related to eHCM, ensuring that they are effectively executed and aligned with stated goals and objectives.</span></li><li>Collaborates with Training Specialist to deliver training programs to support employees in understanding and using the eHCM system effectively. </li><li>Responds to changing circumstances and evolving needs related to the implementation of eHCM and assists as required to facilitate change. </li><li>Performs other related duties as required.&nbsp;</li></ol>
