Our organisation is seeking qualified <u><b>Trinidad and Tobago nationals</b></u> to fill the position of Audit Assistant.
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<p>Candidates would be required to:</p><p> </p><div> Assist with the preparation and execution of internal audit plans and audit engagements. </div><div> Collect, review and analyse financial and operational data to support audit testing. </div><div> Prepare and maintain audit documentation and evidence in accordance with auditing standards. </div><div> Assist in evaluating internal controls, compliance with policies and procedures, and identifying risks and control gaps. </div><div> Support the preparation of audit reports, including summarising findings and recommendations. </div><div> Maintain audit records, logs and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness. </div><div> Stay informed on emerging audit trends, tools and best practices. </div><div> Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors are required. </div><div> Perform all other related duties. </div><div><br></div><p></p>
Key Competencies
