Key and Critical Responsibilities
<div><br></div><div> Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on clients PCs using approved methods and processes.</div><div><br></div><div> Install hardware and software for clients.</div><div><br></div><div> Performing routine operational demand requests such as DNS, DHCP, Server or Network changes.</div><div><br></div><div> Setup &amp; Support LAN and WAN network.</div><div><br></div><div> Provides help in system maintenance and upgrades.</div><div><br></div><div> Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.</div><div><br></div><div> Research current and potential resources and services.</div><div><br></div><div> Perform other related duties as required during working hours.</div><div><br></div><div> Perform any other related duties as necessary.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
Key Competencies
<p>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:</p><p><div>Minimum Requirements:</div><div><br></div><div> Certified Computer Technician: A+ and Networking+.</div><div> Minimum of five (5) OLevel Subjects including English Language and Mathematics.</div><div> Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position.</div><div> A working knowledge of current IT infrastructure best practices.</div><div> Any equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.</div><div><br></div><div>Special Skills and Knowledge:</div><div><br></div><div> Ability to work efficiently with a team or individually as is necessary.</div><div> Pronounced problem solving skills.</div><div> Performance and goal oriented.</div><div> Excellent communication skills.</div><div> Self-motivated.</div><div> Working experience with Microsoft Windows Server environment.</div><div><br></div></p>
