Job Description
Recruit Estate Officers to maintain the law and order inclusive of ensuring the safety and protection of CDAs customers and stakeholders as well as its properties and assets.
Key and Critical Responsibilities
The Recruit Estate Officers will be required to:<div> Provide a professional, efficient service maintaining a high level of customer service to staff and</div><div>visitors at all times;</div><div> Ensure the effective control and maintenance of the CDAs equipment;</div><div> Maintain access control to visitors, stakeholders and tenants within the Peninsula to secure the</div><div>Authoritys assets;</div><div> Carry out mobile patrols, to ensure a safe and secure environment, recording potential breaches of</div><div>security or unusual occurrences;</div><div> Provide support in an emergency or evacuation situation, in a calm and professional manner;</div><div> Actively provide information to any emergency services when requested to do so;</div><div> Monitor and respond immediately to alarm system activations to check designated areas of concern;</div><div> Complete relevant records, log books and reports in a professional manner providing sufficient</div><div>detail;</div><div> Compliance with rules, standing and post orders of the CDA;</div>
Key Competencies
Knowledge of the working practices and principles related to basic security principles<div> Trustworthiness and high sense of responsibility;</div><div> Excellent interpersonal skills;</div><div> Excellent communication skills both written and oral; and</div><div> Computer Literate.</div><div><br></div>
