Job Description
<span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">The incumbent is required to keep Employee Data current and accurate on the Integrated Human Resource Information System (IhRIS) for the Human Resource Unit.</span>
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<div><font face="Times New Roman"><u style=""><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></u></font><font face="Times New Roman" style="letter-spacing: 0.4px;"></font></div><ul><li><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Processes IhRIS transactions in the relevant Human Resource Modules on the Integrated Human Resource Information System (IhRIS) such as:<br></span><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">&nbsp; &nbsp;- Hires<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Promotions<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Transfers<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Acting Appointments<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Resignations<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Retirements<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Demotions of Employees</span></li><li><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Retrieves, verifies and inputs data from the files identified.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Liaises with Ministries/ Divisions and other agencies.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Generates reports as necessary and/or information as requested.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Updates data utilizing the Absence Management Module.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Works closely with the Project Office and the Accounting Unit.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Performs other related duties</span></li></ul>

<div><span style="font-weight: bolder; font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" letter-spacing:="" 0.4px;"=""><u>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</u></span><font face="Times New Roman"><b><u><br></u></b></font></div><ul><li><font face="Times New Roman">Knowledge of the Integrated Human Resource Information System (IhRIS)</font></li><li><font face="Times New Roman">Knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures in the Public Service.</font></li><li><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Knowledge of the rules and regulations in the Public Service and Contract Employment.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Ability to work independently.<br><b><u><br>Minimum Requirements and Experience:</u></b></span></li><li><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Five (5) CXC O' Level subjects including Mathematics and English.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Experience and knowledge of the Integrated Human Resource Information System (IhRIS).</span></li><li><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";"="">Possession of an IhRIS log on for the Human Resource Module.</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
