<p><span style="letter-spacing: 0.4px; font-family: " work="" sans";"="">An established organisation in the financial sector is seeking to recruit a Human Resource and Systems Analyst to manage, analyze, and optimize the organization's HR information systems and data processes.&nbsp;</span><span style="letter-spacing: 0.4px; font-family: " work="" sans";"="">The HR and Systems Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the effective use, integrity, and development of the organizations Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and related reporting tools. This position is responsible for managing and analyzing HR data, supporting system enhancements, and coordinating with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain seamless HRIS operations. The Analyst provides accurate, timely HR analytics and reports to support decision-making, ensures data integrity across platforms, and contributes to process improvements through automation and digital tools. The role also includes user support, system documentation, and participation in system-related projects to advance HRs strategic goals.</span></p>
Key and Critical Responsibilities
