Key and Critical Responsibilities
<div>1.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Consults with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to guide the documentation and mapping of business processes</div><div>2.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Reviews shortcomings and constraints to operational efficiency in the digital system and bottlenecks in each process identified</div><div>3.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Leads the analysis of business processes and organisation structure using appropriate business processing methods and tools</div><div>4.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Identifies process improvement opportunities</div><div>5.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Provides detailed recommendations on business practices and improvements based on the mapping design with a focus on increased digital harmonization, improved effectiveness and overall efficiency</div><div>6.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Interacts with all levels of management to facilitate process improvement and reengineering of processes</div><div>7.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Performs other related duties as required</div><div><br></div>
