Job Description
The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and facilitating the implementation of new businesses in alliance with PSAELs Strategic Plan.  The incumbent will also participate in the implementation of the strategic business plan and the establishment of strategic partnerships where appropriate.
