Job Description
To provide high quality administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager in order to facilitate the efficient delivery of Universal Service Fund projects. 
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<ol><li>Coordinate resources, activities and information to execute project workflows.</li><li>Monitor and control project progress on-site at project locations, resolve issues and improve project processes.</li><li>Conduct quality assurance and acceptance tests to verify project requirements are met.</li><li>Develop project reports to track and inform progress and liaise with clients/contractors accordingly.</li><li>Prepare and review project correspondences inclusive of project schedules and reports as required by the Project Manager.</li><li>Organize and plan meetings, virtual or physical, as required.</li><li>Provide support to other functional departments to bring new projects on stream.</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project-related files (i.e. electronic or otherwise).</li><li>Monitor network performance and ensure high availability using remote tools and client feedback. Open, track and follow-up on support tickets with respective vendors.</li><li>Collect and analyze data in the compilation of periodic and ad hoc reports that help drive operational decisions and communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and automation of data collection and reporting.</li><li>Comply with HSE policy and procedures of the Authority and cooperate with workplace health and safety measures and initiatives.</li><li>Take reasonable care for own safety and the safety of others and report all accidents, injuries, near misses and hazards to the Manager/Supervisor.</li><li>Perform any other related duties that may be required by management in support of USF projects<div><br></div></li></ol>
Key Competencies
<b>Qualifications and Experience: </b><ol><li>Recognized bachelors degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, or related field. </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), engineering, project coordination, or a project support role. </li><li>Experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence will be an asset. </li><li>Experience working with external service providers in a technical support environment will be an asset. </li></ol><div><br></div><div><b>Core Competencies </b></div><div><b>Professional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities </b></div><ol><li>Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously. </li><li>Ability to work under minimum supervision. </li><li>Ability to automate reports and spreadsheets through VBA, pivot tables, macros and formulas. </li><li>Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI and coding skills such as SQL or Python will be beneficial. </li><li>Ability to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams with understanding and guidance. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both client-facing and internal. </li></ol><div><br></div><div> </div><div> </div>
