Job Description
<div>The incumbent will be responsible for developing, reviewing, testing and maintaining PeopleSoft HR and payroll application processes, designing of the technical infrastructure necessary to support the PeopleSoft application, e<span style="letter-spacing: 0.4px;">xecution of systems maintenance, enhancement and production support to ensure that service level expectations for functionality and availability. The role ensures PeopleSoft HR and the payroll systems are maintained and enhanced to ensure service level expectations for functionality and availability across the Public Sector</span></div>
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</p><ul><li>Knowledge of the PeopleSoft development tools (Application Designer, Data Mover, SQR, Application Engine, Mass Change, Crystal Reports)</li><li>Knowledge of the PeopleSoft architecture</li><li>Experienced in SQL</li><li>Organizational, problem solving, and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of HR systems and related processes</li><li>Knowledge of Human Resource processes within the Public Service</li><li>Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures in modern human resource management</li><li>Ability to work independently with little supervision and in a team to accomplish goals</li></ul><p><br></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
Key Competencies
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: <div> </div><div>Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science is required and at least five (5) years experience </div><div>Five (5) years post graduate experience in Application Development </div><div>At least three (3) years experience in the implementation of ERP Application solutions in HR and Payroll </div><div>Experience in HR Production Solution for Government</div>
