Job Description
<b>JOB SUMMARY</b>: The incumbent is required to plan organize and conduct research of the Ministry's change initiatives. Work involves collecting, collating, analyzing and evaluating data on the change management process and present the information with recommendation.
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<p><b style="letter-spacing: 0.4px;">DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>Plans, organises and conducts surveys on change management processes</li><li>Conducts investigations into Change Management's initiatives and identifies established trends, changes in trends and strategies use to resolve problems</li><li>Collects and collates data in key areas pertinent to Local Government Reform</li><li>Complies and analyses data and reports on trends in an applicable format design to aid decision making.</li><li>Liaises with supervisors and key stakeholders on data trends and advises on interpretation.</li><li>Evaluates social and economic determinant to Local Government Reform.</li></ul>
