Job Description
<p><b>JOB SUMMARY:</b></p><p>The incumbent is required to review systems/processes and conduct research to develop new methodology for the Ministry's change initiatives ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulation. Work involves analyzing and evaluating data on the change management process and establishing/formulating new and improved procedures.</p>
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Analyses proposed Change Management's initiatives and examines new systems and operations.</li><li>Researches and evaluates systems/processes and identifies gaps, areas of inefficiencies and recommends alternative processes.</li><li>Liaises with key personnel in the Ministry to assist in the management of risks and potential resistance/gaps.</li><li>Assists in the coordination of the Ministry's internal learning programme and ascertains potential resistance.</li><li>Identifies methodology to improve systems by assisting in process analysis and mapping of processes/operations.</li><li>Devises methodology for systems and processes pertinent to Local Government Reform.</li><li>Conducts investigations in new areas of Local Government roles and responsibilities.</li><li>Liaises with key stakeholders to identify new areas of Local Government roles and responsibilities.</li><li>Assists in the coordination of the Ministry's programme/strategies to implement change</li><li>Examines and redesigns programmes, projects, systems and processes to ensure that they conform to Public Sector's policies.</li></ul>
