Job Description
TTT Limited recognizes the power of a story. Whether ideas are shared through a theatrical performance, film, or television show, we are committed to bringing them to life. We are looking to hire a Senior Producer who can bring creativity, vision, and ambition to our organization. The ideal candidate will be able to oversee all aspects of production, from start to finish, always keeping brand image in mind. They must also be able to supervise other crew members, oversee cast hiring decisions, and distribute available resources and budget. The Senior Producer reports to the Production and Operations Department.
Key and Critical Responsibilities
<ul><li>Oversee the creative vision and implementation of all projects</li><li>Lead the development of creative concepts, treatments, and scripts</li><li>Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and timelines</li><li>Coordinate with all production team members, from pre-production to post-production</li><li>Manage the selection and contracting of crew, vendors, and talent</li><li>Oversee all aspects of production, including technical details, paperwork, and safety protocols</li><li>Liaise with clients to ensure their expectations are met</li><li>Monitor progress of projects and take corrective action when needed</li><li>Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues</li><li>Provide the necessary postproduction elements and Guide the post- production process to completion&nbsp;</li><li>Has greater editorial and creative control, able to make high-level decisions about storytelling, format, and execution.</li><li>Ability to work with network executives, sponsors, and high-level stakeholders.</li></ul><div><br></div>

<ul><li>Communication skills for coordinating the work of various people to finish a project within budget and on-time.</li><li>Creativity in deciding how a script will be interpreted and representing the scripts ideas on the stage or screen.</li><li>Leadership skills for instructing Actors and helping them portray characters in a believable manner. They also need these skills for supervising the crew which is responsible for completing behind-the-scenes work.&nbsp;</li><li>Time-management skills in finding and hiring the best crew and Director for the project while making sure that everyone involved effectively do their jobs and keep the project on schedule and within budget.</li></ul><ul><li>Formal training in film production and a combination of relevant experience would be an asset</li><li>Ability to edit an asset</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Suite</li></ul><div><br></div><h5><b>Qualifications</b></h5><ul><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 15px; letter-spacing: 0.4px;">Bachelors degree in Film, Communications, Advertising or related field</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 15px; letter-spacing: 0.4px;">Masters degree would be an asset</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 15px; letter-spacing: 0.4px;">5-10 years of television or film production experience</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 15px; letter-spacing: 0.4px;">Formal training in film production and a combination of relevant experience would be an asset</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 15px; letter-spacing: 0.4px;">Ability to edit an asset</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 15px; letter-spacing: 0.4px;">Proficiency in Microsoft Suite</span></li></ul><div><br></div>
